What do I choose?
Your starting point is your own focus. Tell Posture which areas matter to you, and the app assembles a short set from its movement library. Each movement includes a reason for appearing, so the plan is more understandable than an unexplained list.
Choosing goals is useful when you cannot use the camera comfortably or simply prefer to start moving. It is not a medical service.
What does the guided session provide?
The player keeps the current movement prominent. It shows the demonstration, the movement’s place in the routine, a large timer and direct controls. The movement set reflects the inputs available in the app. “Personal” does not mean that the app can know everything about your body or circumstances.
Stop if a movement is unsuitable for you and seek appropriate professional advice when needed.
Can I use the check later?
The optional four-view check gives your plan another input. You can stop after any completed view and continue, or skip the check and rely on chosen goals. If you have no earlier scan, there is no starting scan to compare against. Neither route promises improvement.
